The following list shows the different statuses for responses that can exist within the dashboard and their descriptions:
Posted: This means the response is posted in ReviewPush and on the Review site. OAuth connected profiles (Facebook and Google) will post directly through, whereas other review sites will require the response posted on the review site directly.
Approved: The response has been approved and if the review is not from an OAuth compatible review site (e.g. not Facebook or Google) the response will still need to be posted to the review site itself.
Pending: This is primarily for accounts that utilize a workflow where one user submits a response for approval and another user must approve the response before it is posted. Pending assumes that the response has been submitted for approval and then the approver is to approve or reject the response from there. If this workflow is not relevant to your account, this option will likely not be used.
On Hold: This status indicates that more information might need to be gathered before a response is ready to be posted. This could be for various reasons but the option is there so that it is specified that the response is needing for more information.
Notes: This is not a response status, but it is important to state that these notes are only native to your ReviewPush account. These are usually utilized to communicate with other users in the ReviewPush platform about a certain review. E.g. “This review will be responded to once more information is gathered which is why it is currently on hold.”
