Here are a few things to check before reaching out to our support team for further assistance.
- Check your spam/junk folder for emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Check your user settings and make sure your notifications are enabled.
To check that your notifications are enabled, go to the Settings tab.
You will immediately land on Notifications.
Scroll down to User Notification Settings and make sure the correct settings are selected from the dropdown menu.
If a different member of your company is not receiving alerts, you'll have to log in as them under the Users tab and follow the steps above to view their specific settings.
